Welcome! I’m Kim Johnson, founder of Johnson Realty & Associates. After many years owning a successful home painting and remodeling business, I followed my passion for homes and people into real estate — and never looked back.
My remodeling background and love for learning give me a unique edge and allow me to serve clients with insight and care. Starting my own brokerage was a natural next step. My vision was simple: build a small, dedicated team focused on client care, integrity, and results — and that’s exactly what the Johnson Team stands for. Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or building your dream home, I bring honesty, dedication, and open communication to every relationship. I’m here to make the process smooth, informed, and rewarding.
Outside of real estate, I love DIY projects, furniture building, and spending time with my family — including three grown kids and four wonderful grandkids. These life experiences, along with owning and managing my own properties, give me a deep understanding of the homeownership journey.

I’m a proud Wisconsin native, a wife, mom to two incredible grown kids, and a dog mom to a lovable English Springer Spaniel. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me gardening, camping, traveling, or enjoying local festivals with friends and family.
